Tags Flow "the App” is a powerful add-on application for your Shopify store that utilizes Shopify's Metafields. It enables admins to add structured data fields to things in Shopify, such as products, collections, orders, customers, and pages. These extra content fields are more commonly referred to as Custom Fields and can allow you to build websites faster and educate your clients quicker.

This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

1. Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Access to Script Tag API
• Access to Product, Product Variant API
• Access to Customer API
• Access to Order API
• Access to Theme, Theme Assets API

Additionally, information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your stores, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information; Information about individuals who visit your stores, such as their IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. 2. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal data to or with any third party.

Your records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any unaffiliated third party, other than our payment gateway in order to process your payment(s), and as is otherwise necessary for the delivery of the Services and/or if legally required to do so, to the appropriate authorities

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioral Advertising as described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
