Workflow is an app built for Shopify platform that helps you easily organize your store's products, classify customers and manage your orders by simply adding tags for needed entities.

We keep everything simple and neat with 03 main tabs:

History actions

  • Store all the actions that have been done.
  • Note: In the Free plan, you would only be able to view 05 latest actions


Pricing plan

  • First of all, Tags Flow by Arena requires credit points to do the job. 
  • When you complete an action, the system will decrease a corresponding amount of Credit points based on which action has been implemented and how much resource has been taken.

For example: 1 tag added for a product = 1 credit

  • Remained points will show at the top left corner and you can easily get more with our available options.

FAQs

1. What is credit?

  • Credits are used to pay for some specific point-required features in the app.
  • When you complete an action, the system will decrease a corresponding amount of Credit points based on which action has been implemented and how much resource has been taken.

For example: 1 tag added for a product = 1 credit 

  • Users can easily buy more points right in the application.


2. What does this app do?

  • This app allows you to apply the tags to order/product/customer based on their attributes that are specified in the rules.


3. Why should I need to add tags to my orders?

  • Tag is a great tool to categorize or highlight certain orders.

For example, if you wanted to highlight all the orders which contain a specific product you can use this app to create a rule, and only items that meet the condition will have the tag.

  • Then you can view those specific orders in a custom filtered list in your Shopify admin panel.


4. When do tags get applied?

  • PLUS plan: All tags are applied as soon as the rule created
  • FREE & PRO plan: All tags are applied as soon as the rule created and need to re-run to apply on products that added after the rule has run
