To improve customer experience and simplify the working process, we want to introduce you to our new CRM site.
From here, you would find all the actions needed for a customization task, a project, etc.
- Giving new requests
- Checking tasks' status
- Giving feedback
- View your estimate & make the payment
- View and sign a contract
etc.
How to create a new task for your project?
- After logging in, click to open the Project list & choose a project that you're going to add a new task
- At the top right corner, you will see a New Task button
- Fill in the requirements: Please give us as many details as possible (including requirements, screenshots, demo, references, etc.)
- After receiving your new task, our team will check and give a reply to you asap
Giving feedback for an available project
- After logging in, click to open the Project list & choose a project
- Switch to the Task tab to see all the jobs of this current item, and click on the one that you're going to add a feedback
- Scroll down to the Comments section and enter details and tag the ones who are assigned to that task. Arena team will check and respond to you ASAP.
