Log in and get used to our interface

To improve customer's experience as well as simplify the working process, we want to introduce you to our new CRM site.

From here, you would find all the actions needed for a customization task, a project, etc.

  • Giving new requests
  • Checking tasks' status
  • Giving feedback
  • View your estimate & make the payment
  • View and sign a contract


So, how to sign in to our CRM?

  • After giving us your contact information (company's name, Shopify store URL, email address, etc.), our team will create an account for you and a set password mail would be sent to your mail at the same time.
  • Then visit http://crm.arenacommerce.com/ and use your email to log in

Get used to our interface!

The main features are all stick at the header, these menu items will link to different sections

  • Request Estimate: To request an estimate for a new task

  • Project: Show all available projects of you

  • Invoice: View all invoices that created, including unpaid, paid, overdue, and partially paid ones

  • Contracts

  • Estimates/ Proposals: Will be sent after checking your requirements

  • Support: For questions, requests that related to Arena's products & services (themes, apps, etc.)
