So, how to sign in to our CRM?
- After giving us your contact information (company's name, Shopify store URL, email address, etc.), our team will create an account for you and a set password mail would be sent to your mail at the same time.
- Then visit http://crm.arenacommerce.com/ and use your email to log in
Get used to our interface!
The main features are all stick at the header, these menu items will link to different sections
- Request Estimate: To request an estimate for a new task
- Project: Show all available projects of you
- Invoice: View all invoices that created, including unpaid, paid, overdue, and partially paid ones
- Estimates/ Proposals: Will be sent after checking your requirements
- Support: For questions, requests that related to Arena's products & services (themes, apps, etc.)
