As you have noticed, the Bookshop's target products - your products, need more information input and specialized section crafting than an average product.
In this tutorial section, we will guide you to input information accordingly to better display your product features.
Since most of the data inputs will require the use of metafield, the first step you need to take is installing Advanced Custom Fields. You can download and integrate the app into your store from here.
Next, we will move onto importing default metafields required to enable fields for product information. Please follow the steps below
- Save this file to your Shopify store: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0097/0571/7841/files/product_metafields_export.json?v=1598170413
- Go into Advanced Custom Fields app, in the Configuration tab, choose Products.
- Click Import.
