5 steps:
- Step 1: Login Store admin -> Settings -> Languages
- Step 2: At the Default language section, click the Change theme language
- Step 3: Click the Change theme language
- Step 4: Choose a language you want to set the default store language and then click the Save button
- Step 5: Back to Settings -> Languages and reload page to check the result at Default language section
