To get your Klaviyo form URL
- Go to the Klaviyo page and log in/ sign up.
- Click Lists & Segment then choose the list you want to store the emails.
- Switch to Subscribe & Preference Pages tab, from View All Pages section > Subscribe.
- You will see a link connected to your management page, hit the copy URL button.
- Go back to Newsletter settings of your Shopify theme, paste the form URL in the box and click Save.
