Position: Scroll down to choose the position for the background, Eg: Left Top, Right Top, Center Center, and so on
Repeat: Scroll down to choose the background repeat: No Repeat/ Repeat/ Repeat X/ Repeat Y

Input the member's Name & Content into the Textbox
Drag to adjust the rating
