To help us understand your request better, please include all needed information in your ticket:
1 - Fill all blank fields on the ticket form.
2 - Describe your request with details and illustration photos:
- If you have more than one question, please note them in order and describe them in detail.
- Attach screenshots/images and mark the section you would like to make changes.
- Include the reference link which you would like to have the similar display, arrangement for your theme.
For example:
- I want to change my store cart icon into this icon (attach photos). Icon reference link: https://advanced-instafeed-demo.myshopify.com/
- Add more tabs for product details
- ...
3 - Submit and wait for the response: If your ticket is sent on our working time, Arena support team will reply as soon as possible if all information is described clearly.
