First, you will need to decide which Instagram account you want to connect to your storefront: business account or personal account.
You can only add 1 account. If you want to add more accounts for different pages/sections in your store, please contact our support team.
In this article, we will show you how to connect your Instagram Personal account to your Shopify store through Instagram Feed Gallery app.
Step 1: Click the “Connect Personal Instagram Account” button from the right side of the app interface.
A new tab will lead you to Instagram's login page. Log in your account or click 'Continue as [your Instagram name]'.
Step 2: A dialogue box asking for permission will appear.
In order for Instagram Feed to appear normally on your store, please select the 'Access your media' option then click 'Authorize'.
Step 3: Your chosen Instagram account is now connected to the app.
You can continue in Instagram Gallery interface in your myShopify Admin.
