Business Instagram account

First, you will need to decide which Instagram account you want to connect to your storefront: business account or personal account.

You can only add 1 account. If you want to add more accounts for different pages/sections in your store, please contact our support team.

In this article, we will show you how to connect your Instagram Business account to your Shopify store through Instagram Feed Gallery app.

Step 1: Click the “Connect Business Instagram Account” button from the right side of the app interface.

A dialogue box will appear. Log in your Facebook or click Continue as [your Facebook name].

Step 2: Choose the Business account from the list and click Next.

Step 3: Select the corresponding Facebook page and click Next.

You can manage the app permissions to your account.

Step 4: Your chosen Instagram Business account is now connected to the app. 

Click 'OK' to continue back in Instagram Gallery interface in your myShopify Admin.
